24 Feb 2022 – The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) noted that the tender for a plot in Dunman Rd – next to Dakota MRT station and the Geylang River. It will be launched in March and will close on June 2.
This site has been moved from the reserve list to the confirmed list and can yield about 1,040 private homes.
